Commercial: Constant Comfort Agreement

A Constant Comfort Agreement includes 4 maintenance visits each year and establishes you as a Preferred Customer. This entitles you to 10% off any parts and labor needed throughout the year.

During the inspection we will do the following as applicable

  • 10% Discount on all Service Repairs — all service parts and labor.
  • Check and adjust the thermostat.
  • Check and tighten the internal electrical connections.
  • Check for proper voltage and amperage.
  • Ensure that the controls are working properly.
  • Lubricate parts as required.
  • Inspect blower wheel, light brush cleaning if required.
  • Check and adjust belts and check pulleys.
  • Check operating pressures.
  • Check for adequate refrigerant charge.
  • Check and clean condensate drains.
  • Check and change filters or clean filters as needed.
  • Check and clean the condenser and evaporator coils as needed.
  • Check the operation of the auxiliary heating elements.
  • Check total system performance in all modes.
  • Check defrost and safety controls.
  • Check fan blade conditions.
  • Hood systems and make-up air systems — check and adjust belts, test motors.
  • Change water filter on ice machine if present.
